I give 4 stars to the company but not necessarily to the chair. I mean, the chair is lovely but its more appropriately sized for a child. The dimensions are a little misleading. The actual part you sit on is only about 17inches by 17 inches. Not very comfortable if you are a larger person. But the company was great to do business with and made it right. So I give them a solid 4 stars.
Ill echo what others have said here:
1) not very comfortable. Very little padding. I use this for a vanity table chair, but would definitely not want to use this as an office chair where I am sitting it for several hours at a time
2) the chair does have a weird chemically smell. Ive been spraying with Lysol occasionally to mask the smell and its staying to dissipate
3) I had to request additional legs and metal assembly parts, because the chair legs were not drilled correctly, so it was impossible to assemble at first. Ugh.
4) nice looking, but quality is meh.
5) FYI- if you get it and dont like it, manufacturer expects YOU to pay for the return shipping. No free returns through Prime.
Customer service was fast when I was needing new legs/parts shipped to me, but if I could go back, I probably wouldve bought something else
Chair looks good and match the picture. Seat Cushion is thin.... I can imagine one year of home office should able to wearing out the cushion, BUT my biggest concern is the smell. The VOC content is high. It gives me headaches. It improves after I put baking soda and a air purifier all day
Love this chair! Beautiful color, easy to assemble, and perfect size for the space. It is petite, so for people with a larger frame it may not be very comfortable, but fit me fine! Use it as a desk chair that can double as a cute accent chair.
I assembled it quite easily.
With the swivel feature and the arms, I am able to easily get up from the table by pushing myself up.
It proved to be so good that I purchased a second one.
I'm not sure a 350-pound individual could use it.
I love the chair overall but 4 stars because it is a bit firm. Not much comfort to the seat part so I supplement with a blanket or something while I sit on my 3 hour long zoom classes for grad school.
This is for working at home. My other chair broke. Easy to put together. And it is comfortable. I like material and the color.
Product was delivered. Fex driver lied. He refused to deliver it to my door. He cussed out my neighbors and threw the box at them. A complaint is being filed against him at FedEx to their manager. I put the chair together and I love it. Some things are chipped. Will call the seller. To make arrangements for some of the little damages....Nasty people don't belong working with FedEx!

Swivel with arms to push oneself up
