These chairs are just OK. A few of the legs had chips and gouges on the top where they needed to be attached (see pics). The holes on a few were not aligned and took some muscle to get together, or they were too small to fit the sent screws. 2/4 chairs wobble as if one of the legs are too short and due to the misalignment if the screws, the only solution is to add extra felt pads to the bottom to balance them out. Certainly look nice, but have to make some repairs and deal with the wobble.
This chair exceeded my expectations. It is very comfortable and is a stylish addition to my office. Customer service was also excellent when I accidentally ordered and extra chair.
It is well built, but the seat itself could be a few inches wider. I am a normal size man and the seat is snug. An overweight person would not be comfortable.
I really am happy with this chair. It feels sturdy and looks very nice. There were so many options for colors, which was also nice. I didn't want to get the typical office chair for my desk as I wanted something more tasteful and less utility looking. This was a great choice. I dont really need my desk chair to roll around and actually prefer my chair to be grounded without wheels. This chair comes with thick felt pads on the bottom of the feet so it wont scratch your wooden floors as well. I can sit in this chair for hours and feel comfortable. I am a 30 year old 130 lb female, so I can only speak for someone my size.
The chair is very pretty and I get lots of compliments on it. (I got the brown leather type chair). As others stated, the chair does come with a chemical type smell- but it dissipated rather quickly and I have a pretty sensitive sniffer (I just laid a throw blanket over it for a few days- so my clothes didnt smell like it when I sat in it). It is fine to sit in for maybe an hour- but much longer than that and your back and butt will hurt. I think its good for my area where I take care of bills- but wouldnt use it for a Home office work chair. There was an issue with assembling at first, one of the holes on one of the legs didnt line up..but they sent a replacement part very quickly and I give that high marks- because nothing is going to be perfect all the time-but the way people handle it means the most. There was a blemish in the under seat of the chair as well- they also replaced. I think they are very honorable sellers.
Got this chair as a gift for my wife on her birthday -- she LOVES it! It looks AMAZING and feels great too. It assembled quickly and easily, has great support, and looks incredible with the wood desk and decor. It has this vintage, rustic vibe to it yet its also clean and fancy. I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone looking for an awesome chair to enhance the look at the office. Shipping said like 4 weeks at checkout - but it was on my door step in a matter of days. Package arrived about a week earlier than estimated, a very pleasant surprise. No written instructions, just a diagram with a typo in the number of pieces BUT very easy and fast to put together. I'm really happy with the comfort and look of the chair. I didn't realize when I ordered it that the cover can be zipped off - big bonus. Highly recommend.
I love how this chair fits in aesthetically to our home. I love the construction and the swivel on it. However, be warned, its not size inclusive. Im an 18 in womens clothing and could literally not be any bigger and still fit comfortably in this chair.
