Bought this chair in September 2020, after daily use in my home office I can no longer sit in it. The back is breaking off of the bottom support. The seat cushion is completely flat. For the $ I spent I would expect the chair to last longer than 16 months. Love the way it looks, just wish it was made better.

Basically, the chair has an odd, kinda nasty smell.
And its not going away.
Its in the fabric or the inside of the chair.
As far as I can tell from the other reviews, some get a smelly chair and some dont.
Maybe some are more nose-sensitive than others.
Im throwing mine away (sorry environment).
Its a shame because the design and comfort are pretty great for a cheap chair.
Honestly I like it, its definitely a little stiff and not as comfortable as an office chair probably should be but I dont think its unbearable and I have yet to get uncomfortable sitting in it after a month of having it, though Im sure itll happen over time. Its super cute and the swivel is nice! 7/10 because it had a strong chemical scent when it came but it faded over time and could use more cushion on the seat
My original rating was one star because of the hassle getting the return straightened out. They came through with a very generous ending. I would have given a five star except for hassle getting it all settled.
Got two of these for a pub room and, they are beautiful little pieces. Firm seating, but, supportive and comfortable for their intended use. Would be perfect chairs around a dining room table..!!
This chair is perfect for my home office, its comfortable, stylish and small enough to fit perfectly in the corner of the room when not in use.
The customer service was excellent as I requested a change of color after I purchased and they made the change without any issues.
I assumed the leather look was just that. Instead it was a very distressed leather, all scraped up. I already had somebody assemble it for me before I saw what the chair part looked like so I am basically stuck with it.
I wanted a chair to use for people to sit in and take their shoes off and on. Very comfortable. Love the gray and brown. Husband had to use sturdier wrenches to tighten the legs.

Not durable enough for daily use. While the chair looks nice and is reasonably comfortable mine did not hold up under light daily use.
