It is a very comfortable chair for me but honestly, a very tight fit for my husband. I do wish that the base actually screwed on to the chair as it falls off if you should try to pick it up to move it. Overall happy with the look and feel.
So, my husband just uses this as a side chair in his office so its not imperative that its comfy, but it is SO hard! Its fairly narrow, as well, so for smaller people. The back has nice support but the seat is hard. The quality is nice - great color and upholstery, legs are sturdy. Easy to assemble. I could not really recommend it unless you just want it for looks.

Recently, one of the fasteners on the leg came loose and fell into the nearby floor register. I contacted the seller and explained what happened. He sent a the fasteners via ups and I am back to using this chair.
The chair is worth the price and then some; a much greater value then an Ikea chair.

It smelled like processed plastic/musty chemicals when opened and over a week later it still stinks.
It is ridiculously uncomfortable, and doesnt support you at all.
I use it as a secondary chair in my office for people that come in and sit down but everyone that sat in it hated it.
Mostly just like it for the color.
Maybe Ill use it at a home desk some day? Or my vanity chair.

Below is my first review. I want to add the company did contact me and apologized for my dissatisfaction. They also offered to send a prepaid return label. I appreciate their effort in trying to make this right so I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
This chair is ok but definitely not worth almost $200. It has a bad odor that has not resolved after 2 weeks. I have tried everything to get the odor out. I was hesitant to order since I knew if I didn't like it I would be responsible for return shipping. That is the only reason I am keeping it. Comfort is average. I think there are better chairs out there.
