This is an absolute piece of junk! It has broke and sags and we now have to buy a new bed. Please don't buy this if you plan on using it for awhile. should quit selling this junk.
This bed has given our closet back. Blankets and luggage items fit easily and out of sight. There is an issue identifying some plastic retainers for the slats but i would recommend slowing down and taking extra time when assembling the slat platform.
I was concerned about the grey color from the pictures but in person its actually nice.
Assembly took me a little under 3 hours by myself but it did take me about 30 min to take everything out of the box and organize it.
I saw someone had only received one box and the same thing happened to me but I contacted the shipping company and they said that they forgot the other box in their warehouse and they delivered it the next week. So make sure to keep an eye for both boxes!!!
As far as the assembly goes I guess I didnt square it properly so the lifting thing is a little crooked but it doesnt affect the usability of the look at all so I dont care. Just be mindful of it.
I wish the bed was a little taller to allow for a deeper storage area but Im satisfied with the storage and look.
I saw another person had said that they have an 11 mattress and theres barely any headboard and I can kinda second that but its not bad for me.
The lifting mechanism is kinda hard at first but thats expected as the struts are brand new.
No complaints so far.
I ordered a bed, but I did not receive all the details and waiting 3 weeks I had to return it! I want to order it again, but the price is already higher!

Lots of storage
Great quality and lots of storage space. Built it by myself so it was kind of difficult, but if you have help I think it would be easier to assemble.

This was not easy to put together at all, however once it was all assembled it is a fantastic bed ! We easily fit over 100 nerf guns underneath it !
