But I think it's worth the extra time and effort because the bed is very sturdy and well made. Took us 5 hours to put it together. It wasn't difficult. Just very intricately engineered. The pistons that hold the bed up are super strong. And the storage is not on the ground. It is in its own enclosed box under the bed. I was worried about my cats getting in it under there. There's no way they can even if they can fit their head under it lol. The grey fabric is nicely soft and is that easily cleaned microfiber. Holds 20 bolts of fabric under the bed no problem, would probably hold a closet worth of clothes under there or all your linens. The support ribs are springy and support the mattress without a box spring very nicely.
The hydraulic parts are defective and the manufacturer () never sent me a replacement that was ordered on February 28, 2021. It was supposed to be a bed with storage. It is useless if I cant lift it to get to the storage. Over six months have passed so obviously they do not care and I'm left with a piece of junk for a full price. is not willing to help either so I guess I'll have to close my account and stop using them if they sell crap from dishonest businesses.

Great storage and the hinges hold up while I pack stuff in. It is pretty too... can't go wrong! I bought the charcoal Grey queen size. Headboard portion is about mid back if you are sitting against it with no pillow.
This bed was probably one of the best/easiest pieces of furniture that I have ever put together. All the holes lined up, every one. It would be easier to assemble with 2 people but I am 60 and was able to do it alone. Love the extra storage. The hydraulics work great.
Update! I just got a $154 deliver bill!!!!
WTF???? Overall it's a really neve need and I'm glad I bought it. It took a while to assemble. The struts that assist in lifting the need are defective, so in going to have to call and find out how the customer service is. I'll keep you updated
I love it but I don't know why this is so expensive. The same one for different color is about $300 cheaper. They just upped the price of this frame but I get it anyway because it matched the interior of my room.
I do have few problems, like the missing part where you can screw in as shown in the picture. There is nothing in the hole that can let you screw, and also another picture, I can't seem to press it down even with a hammer, but took a while to get both of them resolved through Hardware store and it all good. The value of this bed frame should go down because of it.
Do I recommended it? Yes, but only if the price is reasonable as with different color frame.
