This was a Christmas present for our son. It is very easy to put together, does not take much time. Once together we all tried it out and it is very comfortable. The only complaint I had was it comes with an HDMI cord for power but not an actual plug adapter, luckily I had a spare one already.
It was a little hard to assemble but that could also just be me. This is perfect though, super comfortable and beautiful! I will be painting over the red letter of the logo just to compliment my setup a little better.
I got this chair at the beginning of September and it arrived quickly! I wanted to wait a while before writing a review so I could give it a test run and see how well it could hold up getting beat on while playing CS:GO and this chair has held up way better than I anticipated! Being able to lay back and relax with the massager while I watch movies and videos has been great and Im really happy with my decision for this chair.

I dont think Ive ever written a review for something after years of ordering stuff on , and I wanted to write it because of their customer service. Because of user error, I rolled over the cable that connects to the usb and broke it, so I e-mailed the company asking if I could purchase a cable to replace it and they were wonderful enough to send me a replacement cable!
That was so very kind of them to do and I wanted to make sure I made my thank you to them public because they didnt have to do that which it made feel appreciated as a customer. I recommend this chair to anyone looking for a gaming chair that will be worth every dollar spent!
