First this chair looks really cool! The instructions are buried inside the packaging. I do recommend you read them. Mostly it is fairly easy to put together, but they do recommend two people. When inserting the back into the base you definitely need someone else to support the back, while you fit the screws at the back post. After that it seems very flexible and a solid chair. I have yet to use the lumbar support, but again it seems to fit and adjust.great size and really love the material would recommend this to anyone.
It is so difficult to find a chair that offers the high back support and has the ergonomic design to support my chronic lower lumbar pain. This chair just amazingly meets my needs and cant beat the value!! The wheels glide smoothly and the adjustable seat height is a must have. The upholstered leather like material looks very expensive and the chrome metal parts adds a sophisticated look to the chair.
I was totally satisfied by the quality and price of the gaming chair. I was a programmer with heavy working load. It causes me serious neck and back pain. Its message pillow works perfectly on my back for pain relief. I gave the chair a few sits myself and found it very comfortable.
By the way, the installation instruction is very clear. The producer even provides a pair of glove for protection. Its very thoughtful.
So far most everything others talked about I found true.
