I have owned several of these chairs over the years and they are awesome. Being 68, I really appreciate the overall size and width of this recliner. They are great for sleeping in while recovering from various surgeries, such as shoulder or knee replacements. If you are a big person and want a solid recliner that fits and doesnt rock or vibrate, this chair is for you. Be sure to check the overall dimensions because they do occupy some real estate.
First thing to note: if you have an issue with the product/ CONTACT THE PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE LOCATED ON THE PRODUCT TAG. One of the arms of the chair had a sewing error where the machine had slipped and left a hole in the seam. After a single phone call and a few emails to get all of my information squared away, I had a brand new arm shipped OVERNIGHT to my, at no extra cost to me! Now for the rest: The chair feels firm, which is what I wanted for a reading chair. The cushions are easy to remove and clean, and both cushions have easy access zippers for re/stuffing in the future. A great purchase, and Im currently looking at their other furniture pieces to fill out the rest of the room.
If I had seen the cheap fabric before purchasing the chair I would not have bought it. Glad I bought the warranty because I am pretty sure this will not hold up.
This the perfect size for my husband but after having about 6/8 months a bolt underneath got stuck and we still havent been able to fix it, therefore a very expensive chair sitting, no longer can use because the foot part will not go down therefore it is sticking out. Would love to be able to get it fixed or replaced
I use this chair at my work office. Visually it is exactly as shown and I get a ton of compliments on it. It really livened up my office. Also, there is pretty good cushioning so it is comfortable for quite a while. Im guessing that the chair was more designed for style than comfort, so eventually it stops being nice to sit in. However for my needs, which doesnt involve sitting in this one chair all day, I would buy it again.
