I was able to assemble the bench in about 15-20 minutes by myself. It was pretty easy. The bench is very solid and looks great in my bedroom. The baskets can hold a couple of pairs of small womens shoes each and maybe one pair of mens shoes each. We use the baskets for ball caps, belts, and slippers. I am considering ordering another for downstairs.
I got two of these for our small house to serve as a bedside space and storage for clothes. They look great and were easily assembled. I would not say the finish is espresso, it is more of a cherry, but looks very nice.
We put this bench at the end of our bed for storage and to add a little polish to our bedroom. It was very easy to put together. I did it all by myself without the help of my husband. The color and finish is very pretty for the price. I bought some cloth baskets for the bottom shelf to add a touch of color (without scratching the finish) and for neat/organized storage. Definitely worth the pricegreat value!

The quality of the wood is excellent, I was able to put it together by myself in about 20 minutes, and it looks much more expensive than it was. A highly recommended piece of furniture.
