it may vary from chair to chair but the one I received was very easy to line up and put together and the end product was worth it for only 70 bucks at the time of my purchase
So I open the box. I find a cord. Not knowing what it's for. And put it to the side. Put everything together and see the lower back pillow has another cord. So I connect the two. And found it it vibrates. But I didn't see that in the chair description. So it was a surprise. Don't like how the snap pillow doesn't have clips lie the lower pillow. It just stretches over the top of the chair? Doesn't look right to new. But will update this, once I've actually used the chair!
Overall, I like this chair. Its way more comfortable than the cheap office chair I had before. However, I wasnt too crazy about the neck pillow. For me, it kind of bulges out and pushes my head and forward. I didnt realize it until I sat in a gaming chair at Costco that felt way more comfortable and it did not have the two pillows. So I took the ones off the neck for me it feels more comfortable. I tried it without the lower back pillow, but still prefer the support it gives. All in all, its a pretty decent chair for the price.
This chair is cute but it's really not comfortable, once I sat on it I realized the mistake I had made but I was like whatever, it's cute and I'm okay with it. Until after only about 6 months it started cracking, and now even less than a year later the chair is horribly cracked and peeling. Please...just spend a little more on a legit PC chair even if it's not that cute, or just hold out and get the real gaming chairs if it has to be cute like I wanted...I'm just sad and uncomfortable, and it also destroys my sweatpants when I sit on the peeling parts.
The chair is very easy as far as putting together, and great for not being in it all day. However, I work from home and every time I get up my a$$ hurts lol. I suggest if you plan on spending a lot of time in the chair to look for something that reclines and has a bit more support.
This is a quality chair for the price. The biggest drawback is that the seat is pretty narrow and if you are bottom heavy, this chair may not be for you.

Easy to build but not comfortable to sit on
Not comfortable to sit in. Arm rest are to short and don't adjust low enough for traditional desk height
alot of chair for the price

Upset with the arm
Not happy that the chair arm had a bad place in it. Attached picture
Easy to assemble very comfortable
The best chair you could ever buy
Tip about removing the pillows

Too small for cross cross apple sauce.
Small but worth. Little too tall
Its a good chair. Just not for long periods of time.

Not for bigger bottoms
