My 3 y/o daughter loves it . It took me about 3 hours putting it together by myself. Its very easy once you sort out all the different pieces. I most definitely recommend buying. Very sturdy!
I'm so glad I got to nearly the end to find out that one of the main support boards is drilled wrong. horrible design for the ladder and the no power tools screws for the bunkie board.
I now have extreme PTSD of ever trying to build something ever again. LAWRD I was praying to the gods to help me because I was going to have a breakdown and Chuck it out the window. If you work full time and have no in but yourself to build your childs dream bed and your brain can not compute building things because youre not that type of person then holy cow dont get this bed.
Overall its delightful now that its built but we have to stay in this house for the rest of our lifes because theres no way in H E double hockey sticks that I am ever going to rebuild this again.
Id prefer to just burn it down or hire someone to take it down and rebuild for me... yeah okay Ill do the positive one instead.
This bed is perfect. The frame is nice a sturdy and was so easy to put together by myself. The stain of the bed was exactly what I wanted too, the beautiful rustic grey stain with the natural wood tones peaking through. So stunning.
The instructions are terrible and they dont mark any of the pieces so you basically have to guess what piece is what. Took me probably 4 hours to do on my own which was very frustrating. Its a beautiful bed though and my son loves it. Just a pain to set up
