    Good product, great value

A very good solid laptop stand. It went together fairly easily (and itll go together much faster if you use an electric screwdriver). I got the black, which has a textured look with speckles of grey. Very nice color, nicer in fact than the wood grain alternative which a colleague has, which is to say, its worth the extra money to get the black. The stand doesnt take up much space, is and is rigid enough to work on even when the desk is extended near its full height (some of the other stands look like theyd wobble). And the casters are handy for moving it. Theres a small bit of storage in it which is useful, but truth be told, it doesnt hold very muchnot much more than a small notebook. This is really just an podium on wheels, but thats all you really need if you want to work on your laptop while standing, and the tabletop has enough room for a standard laptop and a mouse. All in all, a good purchase, especially for a small office like mine, and certainly a better value than the other laptop stands on offer at this price point.

4 1/2 stars. Little to complain about. Looks good and works well

I ordered this movable stand to place my laptop computer near my audio equipment for purposes of streaming music. It came in a well insulated and tightly packed box, which was easy enough to open up and remove the various pieces. I found no damage and only a very small ding on one of the panels. While Im certainly not mechanically inclined, I have put together several pieces of furniture over the years and found this one to be pretty straight forward. Having said that, the manual isnt clear with regard to the proper installation of two pieces. One is the back panel. The pictures (there are limited written instructions) suggest the smooth side be facing out and the side with the screws be on the inside. Looking at the assembled cart from the front, the screws are visible. There is a similar situation with the shelf. Before assembling this section, be sure which sides you want to be visible. I also had an issue with the supplied screwdriver. It is small and hard to get a good grip for driving some of the screws. Works fine for cam locks, not so good for screws. I used a powered screwdriver for those. I cant comment of long term structural integrity but it certainly seems stable. Looks are always subjective, but this unit a very dark charcoal, nearly black with silver side rails. Overall Im happy with that aspect. The top shelf could be a bit larger. My 15 computer fits fine but doesnt have much room on the sides. Total time invested from opening the package to completion: 90 minutes.

use this item in my classroom and it is great the base is small enough to be able to .

I use this item in my classroom and it is great the base is small enough to be able to travel down aisles easily. My one regret is that the top is not a tad larger.
