This is a good King Bed.
All metal parts uses bolts which tightly secures the frame.
No noise at all.
Low profile, so good for kids.
Woodboards are sturdy and stay in place on metal frame with valcro. It has glue tape so that mattress does not slide off.
My only complaint is headboard came with 1 inch dent and crack on back. I am not sure if this is from issue or was sent by like this.
The only thing I do not like is how low the bed frame is. I thought I could use bed risers but you cannot due to the way the legs are (one long piece of metal, not individual leg posts). Very nice frame but do not buy if you dont want a very low bed.
I realize that in the photo and with measurements made available that this frame is low to the ground, but I think that its too low to the ground for me. Also, I think with the foam mattress it seems even lower. Maybe if we add boxsprings that it would help with the height issue. Otherwise, I love the frame.
I really only wanted the bed frame for the footboard. I allow my dogs to sleep on the bed, but they were always pulling the comforter down. My previous bed had a footboard and I tucked the comforter in between the mattress and footboard. Disappointed the footboard is about 4 too short. Dismantling and returning it seems too difficult, so I will keep it. I wish the company had listed the height of the footboard in their description OR in my desperation for a footboard I had actually inquired on the height. Its a beautiful product and I just need to figure out how to raise it 4.
The whole bed comes in a box, of course, so assembly is required. However, it is pretty easy. Since the frame steel, it is a bit heavy as well. My husband was able to assemble it pretty much on his own, as I am 38 weeks pregnant and essentially was the screw-getter. Frame itself seems sturdy enough, with enough under bars for even mattress. Overall it looks very nice. My only complaint is that is it VERY low to the ground. Even with our 14 mattress, its still below my knees (we dont have a box spring, yet). My husband is 62 and does not like the bed that low, and its even pretty low for me at 57. We will need to get a box spring to raise up the bed, however, then the bottom bar and most of the head board will be covered. So just fyi - if you are looking for a low platform bed, this is a good choice. If you want / need a higher bed or plan to use box spring, maybe reconsider buying this item.
Really great bed for the price but beware I know it says it doesnt need a box spring but without one its sooo low. We ended up having to buy one just to give some height to the mattress.. other wise really great bed and perfect for our guest room. Easy to assemble and seems pretty sturdy!
Headboard randomly cracked 2 months after buying. Contacted the company to get a part replacement and they no longer have this bed frame in stock. Said they could send a check after I shipped the whole bed frame back to them but could take 4 weeks AFTER they received and reviewed the broken part. Crappy material + bogus warranty = not happy
Great bed, sturdy and easy to put together, but the top of the headboard arrived dented, and said to contact , then support told me to process a return through for the whole bed. Major pain in the butt for one piece.

Nice design but not sturdy
This bed is not sturdy. Not good for the hard wood floor.
