A bit upsetting. Really nice bed when put together but assembly was a bit difficult due to bent metal. Also a lot of scratches. Some small and unnoticeable others were obvious. did give me a 15% discount but that was an hour of chatting with three different people and hAving to explain on why Id rather get the discount then to return the item. If it wasnt such a hassle To put together I would have retired the item and just ask for a full refund.
This bed is stylish enough for the price. It will be used in my guest bedroom with a memory foam mattress. The bed with only the mattress sits wat too low for my liking. I had to purchase bed risers to bring it up to a more comfortable height.
Metal color, finish and overall construction quality is excellent. Wood is fair to ok and has inconsistent finish and you can see the finger-joints used to attach the pieces of wood together. We purchased some fabric and foam and recovered the wood headboard portion and it looks very good - and used the same fabric for the wood on the footboard. Because of the lack of quality of the wood and its finish, Ive rated this 3 stars - I wouldnt buy this if youre looking for a high-style wood finish, but its not bad.
Assembly is straightforward and easy. Its incredibly sturdy for the price. Be aware though, it is LOW to the ground. I didnt realize this until I had it setup. We went from having a box spring on top of a regular frame to no box frame on this low bedframe, so it was a pretty big change in height. Its ok for now. I might make some risers for it at some point.
I ordered this in a queen and it got here in much less time than expected which was a nice surprise. As I was putting it together, however, I realized that one of the pieces had been welded together backwards so that one hole was on the wrong side which made it impossible to assemble.
I tried calling and failed to get through to anyone multiple times so I emailed and it took a week for them to reply asking for my order confirmation (which I had already provided in my first email) so I replied with it again and waited another week to get a response telling us that we would have to contact instead.
By this time it had been nearly a month and I had gotten sick of seeing it in pieces on the floor in my bedroom so I decided to take matters into my own hands. I ended up buying drill bits for metal and drilling a hole in it myself instead of going through another customer service battle. The hole is hidden and you would never be able to tell looking at the bed.
Once it was together it looked true to the picture and was a surprisingly sturdy product for the price. Just pray you get all the correct pieces and dont have to deal with their customer service!

The holes for screws on one leg are not large enough on one side for the screws to fit through. Since the instructions are so clear, Im certain Im following them correctly, plus they fit on the other side. Also, since the material is so sturdy, I have no idea how i could correct this problem on my own.
Im excited for this bed, but I need to be able to assemble it first.
Edit: assembly was doable by myself, however some of the bolts had to be forced and not everything fit perfectly. For the cost, this is the best quality I could expect. I bumped my rating up to a 3 since I was able to assemble it after all, however Im not ready to give a higher rating since it was still a bit too imperfect.
Id also like to agree with what some others have said about the height. It really does look way shorter in person. This isnt a problem for me, but I wish Id actually measured 7 inches from the floor to get an accurate visual represention of the height when compared to the rest of my room.
In general I love the appearance of the bed frame, my only issue is that it is extremely low. My dogs treat it as more of an extension of the ground than something they shouldnt be jumping on.

Looks great, just NO space for storage underneath.
Looks Beautiful. Easy assembly. Just wish it was a little bit higher, whatever you put under the bed has to be no taller than 4 inches
