Great design, wife and I wanted a frame and backboard that wasnt too bulky since we are tight on space. It sets up easily, tool for hex screws is included so no additional equipment is needed to set up. The back board has a chip on it however, its very noticeable as the backboard is dark. I will try and see what i can do to patch it up. Box is heavy so it probably got damaged during shipping.
Seems like a good bedframe for the price. Sturdy and looks good. We didnt want to make our bed lower by not using box springs, so we put the box springs on it too and the only issue I have is how easy the bed will slide around because there is nothing to hold the box springs in place. I will figure something out to put under it.

But I received it with a broken headboard. And couldnt get it replaced. So I ended up gluing it together.
Very cheap headboard, my husband cracked the headboard by screwing the screws in too tight, it shouldnt have been that easy to break. Its also really low to the ground, like way lower than I was expecting. I cant put anything under my bed which sucks. And theres a space between the headboard and mattress that my pillow falls through every night, super annoying, and its too short of a head board for a box spring so I just have to deal with it.
But the frame itself is sturdy so theres that.
We wanted a sturdy, quiet bed frame with headboard, and this one fits the bill and looks great. HOWEVER it is low. Really, really low. Even with our super-thick mattress, the top of the mattress only comes up to my knees, and because it has a nice strong bar across the frame at the head and foot it is not possible to use conventional bed risers. I saw reviews saying this was low and thought I had taken the measurements into account before ordering, but really, without seeing it its hard to believe. If it wasnt way too much trouble Id have sent it back, which is why Im giving this otherwise outstanding bed frame 4 start instead of 5
