It took awhile to understand the directions even though it was clear that I was matching the numbers up but there are only picture directions and no words and the pictures can be more confusing than what it really is. Once I got the hang of it I still fumbled a little bit but overall I was able to comprehend and put it together. There is no storage space under the bed at all unless you get very big risers. But the product itself seems very sturdy.
So I love this bed. its nice sturdy and not very high profile/bulky. There is no storage.
ISSUES I HAD was I had to fight to get the side rail attached to the footboard part. Lost some skin but Ill survive.
One of the screws for headboard was off and would not go in, doesnt hurt the bed staying up
Lastly is VERY LOW to the ground, in the pictures it looks normal height so Ill see how this flies when I get the nightstands.
Overall nice bed for my guest room
Love this bed so far, however after receiving it in the mail last month, the top railing by the headboard is a bit beaten up. I am hoping that the customer service team can resolve this issue, as it causes the overall aesthetic to be cheapened.
This bed was very well packaged, shipped promptly, and directions were clear. The hardware was packaged very carefully and it included ratcheting wrenches (!). It went together easily - one person could do it but will be much easier w 2 - and looks great in the room. This is the 1st time weve had a bed w a foot board and I love not having to shift the mattress around all the time! Now the minor issues:
1) the frame is square pieces of metal with no lip or edge to keep the mattress/box spring from sliding off. There are double sided tape strips on the wooden slats but we didnt want to risk damage to the box spring cover so hubs got grip tape (like youd put on a skate board) and we ran it along both sides. Works great so far.
2) hubs is a big guy and the wooden slats squeak quite a bit when he sits on the bed. We have different work/sleep schedules so this wakes me up most nights. They dont squeak when he changes position tho - which is good.

The colour is more orangey than the advertised espresso. I just looked through others reviews and it seems a lot of people have the same issue. Im pretty disappointed as I dont really like the colour. should either change the photos to more accurately portray the colour or actually stain the wood espresso.

Nice bed, but too low. Had to add a box spring under mattress and dont think it looks as good this way.

Decent quality
Little lower than I expected, and unfortunately came in with footboard chipped . Due to sandh error I suppose. But very sturdy

Super low to the floor. I dont love it. Easy to assemble, but far too low for my liking.
