I didnt expect much because I saw some reviews that were bad. Mine was in perfect condition. No scratch or any default I found. I am a woman but it is so easy install. It took me like 10 mins to put it together. It comes with instructions which I just skimmed through and was able to put it together so Its really easy.

Had difficulty with setting it up as the instructions were not very clear and confusing. Not happy with that since it took almost 30 mins to set up but overall product is sturdy and a great addition to our space. Holds plenty of bags, shoes plus an occasional cat and its holding up great!
