I absolutely love love love this tv stand. I was skeptical on buying it since it wasnt real wood and I could only base the product off of the reviews and item images, but I am so glad I ordered this. Its beautiful and I have received a ton of complements on how nice it looks. As some other reviewers have said, this item does take quite a bit of time to put together. My husband probably spent a good 3 hours putting it together but its so worth it. It cleans up nice and just looks beautiful!
The console table is very sturdy and durable. The only problem I had was one of the doors was damaged. I let the company know that I just needed a door but they shipped an entire new table and I just switched out the door / but that seems inefficient. It took two women about 2 hours to put together / it wasnt hard just follow the instructions.
Compared to a lot of other furniture that I have put together, this was one of the best. The directions were easy to follow and each piece was clearly marked. It did take quite a long time to assemble just because of some of the smaller screws for the glass pane holders.
Looks: It looks great in our living room and everything aligned correctly. We like the height so our toddler cannot reach what is on top (we hang our TV) and we were able to put child proof locks on the doors.
I put it together all by myself, it took several hours because I took my time to read the instructions carfuly. All the parts and hardware were included except the touch up pen. The TV stand had some minor flaws, one of the doors had a small crack on the edge and it attracts dust easily. I dealt with the crack and wasnt going to pack it up and send it back. It has a nice black satin finish, overall its a nice piece and I like it.
