I use the WE tv stand as a console table under my bar counter. For particle board furniture it looks and feels very sturdy and of good quality. It has lots of storage space and surface area for decorating and displaying stuff. The finish is satin smooth non/gloss black and looks like it will resist scuffing and wear. The nickel knobs look great, as do the glass panels.
Assembly did take 3 hours but was simple and straight/forward. My box was missing the touch/up marker but hopefully I dont need it and if I do, a black marker should work as well. One of the legs has a split down its middle which isnt really noticeable except from certain angles, but spreads when dragging the stand to location. It doesnt affect stability. The only other gripe is the low shelf which is perfectly positioned to gather dust and dog hair. I think the stand could do without the low shelf but its removal might affect the stability of the unit.
Lots of pieces! But gorgeous piece. Well worth the cost. It looks like an expensive piece. I bought 3 covered baskets from pier one that fit underneath perfectly. Theyre called Carson Water Hyacinth Box with Lid25.00
They look like they were custom made for this piece.
However you do need alot of patience putting this together but so worth it! The legs do need you put those button things that go under chair legs. They dont come with it.
With the baskets and doors and drawers tons of storage. Inside door measurement is about 18. I couldnt find that info anywhere. You wont be disappointed with this.
Beautiful tv stand!!! I was looking for a small tv stand for my bedroom, this one looks awesome! It takes awhile to put together though, but its totally worth it!
We looked for a long time for a taller entertainment center that had doors and this one looked like it would be great! With a toddler it helps to keep her away from the tv and unable to access our DVD player, etc. My only complaint is that it took us a whole night to put it together. The instructions are good and easy to understand, it just takes a while. The only really frustrating part was screwing all of the little holders for the glass in place. They use tiny screws and the holes arent really predrilled and it has to be done by hand with a tiny screwdriver. It took forever and my husband has a blister on his hand for the next week so I would just be prepared for that. Overall we are happy with the product and would reccommend it.
This table came in many pieces, but they were wrapped very well and not one thing was damaged. All pieces were included / not one thing was missing. It took a time to assemble / at least two hours, but for the price it was so worth it. It is an absolutely beautiful piece of furniture. I love the size and the quality is better than I expected. I had waited over a week to order this as I was afraid the quality would be poor or that it would arrive damaged. Neither were the case. We do not use it as a TV stand, but more of a sofa type console just against the wall. But it would be beautiful no matter where you put it. As much as it would be an inconvenience to have pick it up and send another one if it arrived damaged, I would not allow that to deter you. For what you pay, it is a really nice looking and sturdy piece of furniture. And for the people who hate to assemble furniture, this does take awhile! But think of it as sweat equity.
