My 13yr old daughter is very happy with this bed/desk so far. She actually put it together with her Grandma reading the instructions and supervising. It is a very good value for the price!!
Purchased for my 80 lb , 11 yr daughter. Box arrived slightly damaged in one corner and only took 1 day to ship from the local sorting plant to our house. It is definitely a 2 person assembly. It took my wife I roughly 2 1/2 hrs to build at a leisurely rate; making sure we took time to align pieces and snugly tighten the bolts.
Pros:
Attached desk is spacious
Corner shelves are solid and help firm up the frames
Lower space is a good height for my 11 yr (no need to duck)
Square ladder steps seem to not hurt my daughters feet
Cons:
Several screws didnt attach as smooth as others
The rails had some tiny alignment issues, but is only noticeable without the mattress
Wobbly when climbing when adjusting in the bed.
All in all, my daughter is happy and is enjoy her new loft bed.
Note: We do have 8 ft ceilings so its a bit snug will take some time to get us to.
I think this is a case of you get what you pay for. This bed is very wiggly. No matter how you assemble it. We used a drill with an Allen attachment and all the bolts are very securely fashioned but the metal Itself is just very light. Didnt take very long to put together. But for such a high bed, its just too flimsy. Moves around a lot. And the ladder has very narrow rungs that hurt your feet to climb up. Its not great. It was cheap and made a lot of extra space in my sons room but its impossible to get out of in the middle of the night. I want to cry because we already committed to it. It was a bad choice for us.
Came with really good build directions, bit it is a little rickety. Its not low quality, just not a super sturdy feel tonit once its built. I think if you secure it to the wall itll feel a lot sturdier. I feel its overpriced, but overall a good product.
It took my husband and I a few hours to put this together but the instructions were easy to follow and all the parts were labeled. This bed is extremely sturdy and my 8 year old loves it. I did a lot of research before pulling the trigger on this one. I would definitely recommend.

Great loft bed. The only con is the ladder... the rungs are very narrow and hurt your feet when climbing up or down.

Good if you have a small room and try to save space

Pretty great!
A great value for the money!! The directions were actually pretty easy to follow. The bed is a tiny bit wobbly but just fine for a kiddo.
My 9 year old helped me build
Easy to assemble, very sturdy. Its slightly wobbly when climbing up and down, so we plan to anchor it to the wall to account for this.
