Was leary about a metal bed vs wood. But so pleasantly surprised by this bed. Easy to put together and super sturdy on a rug. Not sure how it would be on a wood floor. But my son loves it!
Just keep in mind its high. 72 to top of the bed so I wouldnt recommend it for kids under the age of 6.
I live in a small space and was able to use the bed area above the desk for storage space to make room for an office. I bought a cardboard room divider to place around it and made a cube where I can work with more privacy
All pieces were included. My 2 helpers dropped out of the assemble after only 1 of the 4 sides done. I completed the set up in about 3 hours ALONE. and May have finished it sooner had I done the project alone. Easy!!! the kid is 50 pounds, I joined her up there (160lbs) and we are stable.
Im knocking this review down one start because the stair/desk area can only go on one side. So I had to improvise to make these work in my space.
Everything was easy to assemble. Im an average strength smaller woman and had no problems putting this together by myself. Instructions were easy to follow. One piece came damaged, but I just used a large mallet and block to reshape it instead of sending in for a replacement.
For the price you cant beat it. I love the full size instead of twin just makes it more exciting. I also really like the desk feature. It adds a lot of structural stability. My solution is drilling into the metal and using some washers to attach bolts that dont have pre drilled washers set in.
Great!!!! I had a loft bed as a kid and just knew our kiddo would love having one too. It does wiggle a little as you get up and down but I have never experienced a loft bed that doesnt. He loves the area underneath for his craft table and the built in desk is going to come in very handy as he gets older. Great value for the money. Easy to assemble but definitely is a 2 person job

Made a small room so much more usable. You need a 6 inch mattress.

Just ok, you get what you pay for
Not very sturdy, if I wouldve saw and felt this product in a store, I would not have purchased it. However it was easy to assemble.
