    Great buy

Love this house bunk bed; but daughters love it even more. Way bigger than I expected but even better. It does take a while to put together but its a great time and fun project to do together with the family

    Beautiful

Easy to assemble and the slide is super fun for my 9 year old and 5 year old, not steep like the other reviews said. Only issue is how the top bunk is connected to the bottom bunk by just a peg, its very wiggly and Im going to have to find a different way to keep them together. Other than this its a beautiful bed.

Amazing bunk bed for sleeping, nerf battles or fight off a zombie invasion!!

First and most important this bed is sturdy! I have owned several bunk beds and most wobble and shake. I tried to shake this bed and it does not budge. This bed it not the easiest to put together because the part fit so tight. This is not a bad thing! I have seen other reviews on ease of assembly some gave a lower rating because if that. Just ask yourself do you want a bed that is really easy to assemble but if your kids sneezes will collapse or one that takes a little time to assemble but would withstand a hurricane? I will pick the bed my kids can play in and enjoy like this one everytime! Instructions where easy to follow. I would recommend 2 people for the install just too make it a little easier. My helper was my 9yo daughter. The bed is a great value for the money. The quality is on par with the $1200-1800 custom beds. Updated: I received the the replacement part needed. Both the seller and manufacturer were amazing getting me the new part. The part arrived very fast with no issues. Some of the best customer service I have ever received! I only had one issue and that was a part where the holes were drilled incorrect. This type of thing happens when dealing with real wood that is milled. I contacted the seller and the manufacturer..... I was nervous because this is a Christmas present! The manufacturer is located in TX and when I called I real life person answered. She was great and got me everything I needed to get the replacement parts. At the same time support for Bison office reached out ready to help get the replacement parts. I am in shock both companies wanted to help. By far some of the best customer support I have received in a long time. If you are looking for a great bunk bed that can handle the brutal nerf battles that are sure to come this is the bed for you!

    Edit: excellent customer service

Got 3 hours into assembly and we re 2 screws and 2 other pieces short. Can t replace the piece pictured here, it s super specific. Can t send it back, it s already assembled and boxes aren t exactly friendly for repacking. Contacted seller at number on instructions for help, they sent replacement parts out FedEx and hassle free, but check all your hardware BEFORE assembly. It took almost 2 weeks to get the parts. But at the end, we re super happy with it. It s definitely NOT sturdy enough for adults, but my grandbabies love it. It had everything we wanted: drawers, slide, house.

Takes long to assemble but worth the work

Assemble instructions were clear and easy to follow but it just took hours to complete. Totally worth it in the end and my daughter loves it!

    Looks can be deceiving

Good bed frame but there s not much room between bottom and top bunk when stacked. Being a full over full you d think you could sit up in bed on the bottom bunk but there s not enough room. If you re getting this for little kids, it would be fine but since it s full over full, you re probably getting it for bigger kids, teenagers like I did. They were disappointed with this especially since the picture makes it look like there s a decent amount of room on the bottom bunk. My teens are no taller than 5 5 so think before you buy this one. If the top and bottom supports were setup the same, that would make more sense and would ve made the design a little better but the top has twice as many as the bottom and the bottom has 3 braces from the separate slats to the floor which makes 3 uncomfortable stiff spots. I m getting very disappointed with this buy now that I m putting all the pros and cons together which is why I gave it 1 star for value for money. I d rather pay twice as much and get something designed and produced for what it should be. I guess this is the world we live in now. Don t take pride in what you do just get it out to make that dollar
