    Good Bed but...

Overall a good affordable bunk bed that was not too hard to assemble. the only negative is the slats on the bottom bed are spaced too far apart causing the mattress to fall on either end. The only remedy is to add your own additional slats or buy a boxspring

    Pleased

Great quality very durable and solid structure Latter is a bit narrow and depending on where you place in room can be awkward to get up-and-down

Great value! Came in one small box (heavy!). Packaged well, no cracks or chips. Easy to assemble, all parts labeled appropriately. Love these beds. Can't believe the price!

Was worried about squeaking like the previous metal bunk bed

Quality SOLID wood bed for a reasonable price. Was worried about squeaking like the previous metal bunk bed.. But this solid wood bed is sturdy and definitely no squeaks whatsoever. I purchased it for my 13year old and 16year old daughters. Was not able to afford a bigger place as my kids got bigger, so this bed is extra comfortable as well as a space saver while they have to continue to share a bedroom. I can only assume it's easy to put together because my kids put it together themselves and it only took them about 2 hours. It took about 45mins to organize all the parts first.. then about 2 hours to put it all together. They love it and so do I.

    Best purchase of the year

My girls (ages 3 and 7) love their new bed! Very sturdy materials and not difficult to assemble. Great value!

Difficult assembly but very satisfied with finished product

Would have been a 5 if easier to put together. Took 2 adults about 6 hours with a couple small breaks. Also there were a couple issues with pre drilled holes that weren't accurate making it difficult to connect a few parts. But now that it's up, we love it and it's very sturdy.

Assembled easily. It is put together using dowels and bolts

This bed came packaged extremely well. even with the rough handling a package of this weight endures, there wasn't a scratch on any of the boards. Assembled easily. It is put together using dowels and bolts. I chose to put wood glue in the dowel holes on the parts that never need to be disassembled (Headboards and footboards) Well done ! I would definitely buy again. all boards were high quality, no pressboard.

Easy to assemble. Seems fine after 6 weeks.

Easy to assemble by two people. You'll need two people to lift the upper bunk for installation. Looks and feels sturdy for kids. I wouldn't use this as a bunk bed for regular adult or older teenager use. My 7 and 4 year olds haven't broken it yet. Customer service was good when I told them one of the screws they'd sent was stripped. I'm thinking of adding a board over the slats for the upper bunk or buying more slats. It looks fine as-is but I get the sense that the slats are too narrow and are not good for the mattress or the sleeper. My uninformed opinion.

but for the price it is a great bed for the kiddos

Wood does end up cracking a little after a few months, but for the price it is a great bed for the kiddos.
