ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ARE EASY TO UNDERSTAND, JUST A MATTER OF SCREWING ON THE WHEELS. I WILL RETURN DUE TO THE COLOR AND PURCHASE BASIC BLACK. I AM SURE I WILL BE HAPPY WITH THE BLACK.
It was very easy to assemble. I was able to do it in less than 30 minutes. Good amount of storage space and fit under my desk perfectly. Ill probably get more for our office.

Two keys came with the unit and I wanted extra keys so contacted manufacturer. Due to shipping costs incurred because of customs, length of time to obtain and companies request for personal information to fill request I declined offer. Cost for two keys was 20.
I asked if charge could be added to my account and keys be delivered by . still wanted my personal information.

With the exception of the wheels, the cabinet came fully assembled. I was in need of a small cabinet to fit under my desk where I could store pens, notebooks and a few paper files and this cabinet fit the bill. If you place the cabinet on carpeting, note that depending on the thickness, the cabinet will not move easily. This may/may not matter to some. Overall, Im very pleased with the cabinet. Great deal for the price.
Cabinet is high quality, drawers open and close nice and smooth, easy assembly, just screw on the casters unit is heavy and well build would like to additional comment on the fantastic packaging from the factory, sturdy box, lots of foam and protection, reinforced corners . THIS is the way you package and ship something.
I have been using this product for around 1 year. It is quite sturdy and for most part I like it. The only thing that bothers me a little bit is the frangibility of the keys. I broke one key inside the . The bad news is that in U.S. its very difficult to find a local store that can copy the same size key, i.e. the key is too small that all the stores I visited cannot duplicate it. However, the good news is that the seller was quick in responding to my request, they sent me 4 additional keys so that I do not need to worry for not having any usable key in quite a long time. One advice for buying this product: be careful when turning the key inside the , if you encounter big resistance, youd better first check whether the inside is properly placed, do not overuse the strength, this is a bit annoying, but once you are used to that, thats OK. Generally speaking, I like this product and I appreciate their quick response and good service.
