Great customer service! Fedex lost my package but they communicated with me and sent out another one right away. The bed was easy to put together. It is very sturdy and doesnt squeak. Very happy with it so far.
I was honestly blown away by this. For $200 all in, including shipping, I had low expectations to say the least. The bed feels sturdy, fit together nicely without having to force anything together, and shipped/ arrived quickly. I also think it looks nice and not as cheap as you'd expect from an no-name brand product at this price point. Very understated and mature looking piece of furniture for someone looking to save money (young professionals, college house, etc.)
We waited 20 years for a new bed frame. Our old metal bed frame was so noisy. We bought a new mattress first. Then I ordered this frame and it was so worth it. Well made, sturdy, easy to put together. All the pieces were marked, the all fit together perfectly, the instruction were easy to follow and included helpful hints. Assembly took about an hour. It is so quiet now, I cant even tell when my husband gets up at night. We love the classic look of the board and metal. The not real wood looks amazingly real. All around, if you want a new bed frame, buy this one.
So far so good. It has hooks on the drawers only to hold up the drawer in case you put a lot of weight, that way it is not always on the wheels. Very smart. Like the look, though I think the headboard is very low.
