Good customer service. Never could fold it. Legs wouldnt stay tight. Never could get handle tight. I didnt feel safe. Looked like a quality product. Not for me.
The stability bar is not what is shown in the picture. Its not sturdy. Its much thinner, flimsy, and causes the whole thing to be off balance.
So disappointed.
Aming that a trampoline this small can be so good and feel like the big ones. So much better than the exercise ones. Unfortunately both types start losing the attachment of the coils after a couple of years. My son loves it! He is autistic and this is a great regulator/stemmer for him. This is our second one
Love the trampoline / great bounce! I have had several other models of rebounder and this by far has the best bounce. It was fairly easy to assemble, except the stability bar. No matter how I turned the legs the bar just wouldnt meet up properly. Not too bad / I can force it in, and it doesnt seem to hinder use. I like the bar, so I would make it work anyway. I am glad I bought this.
I love this fitness trampoline. It was simple to set up, sturdy. and is an awesome workout. It is easy to get my cardio exercise in every day. I turn the music up and really enjoy jumping and getting my heart rate up in cardio range. Im almost 63 years old and I have never been a big fan of exercise. but this is fun, although a pretty intense workout, I look forward to this every morning. Great for a variety of ages and fitness levels.

Within 3 months we have two broken clips that hold the springs. Nobody more then 130 lbs has been on the trampoline.
Updating my review to reflect that manufacturer sent us new trampoline mat when notified of the broken clips. Very good service.
This was super easy to assemble and very portable. I used it a lot and after a year, the springs started popping out of the holder. I didnt have the warranty and the productt was well used and was over a year old, but customer service was fantastic. They offered to send me a replacement part and also addressed that they have improved the quality so the issue I was having wouldnt be happening in the future. I just bought another one too because its so fun, easy and portable.
This has many health benefits, including clearing the lymphatic system, toning, reducing cellulite, increasing cardiovascular endurance, and is overall an easy and fun way to exercise. I love it!
