I recently read that rebounders are excellent for the joints because of less pressure on them. NOT TRUE!! I have a hip replacement and my other hip is damaged as well. I felt every jolt as I attempted to rebound. I tried not to jump too high but regardless, I saw stars when attempting the motion. Perhaps a better brand but Im not willing to spend more nor try again.
I am a senior citizen with limited mobility, and love being able to get exercise which is enjoyable in my home. This equipment seems to be very well made and I love having the handle for stability .

4 stars really appreciate the customer service to fix the problem. Like this unit and am now able to recommend it. If, after using for a while, it warrants more stars, will revisit change rating again.

Two stars/ was not receiving messages through messaging/ brought it to supervisors attention requested they let know as damaging to their business. It still doesnt work. Wrote through dreaded/unethical gmail and shared entire problem. Twice my email received canned responses which seemed to be from a person who had not actually read my email.
After going around around I finally requested it be escalated to English reading supervisor for assistance. I appreciate that they did get a ProtonMail account to more safely communicate/ well done! Was a bit surprised the email address was a generic one rather than aftersales but still appreciate the option. A few more emails, during the night, and am assured parts will be sent/ though they are out of two of them and still awaiting answer of when theyll be in stock again, and if unit can be used without them. (The end cap parts are listed separately but actually included as already installed/ great!)
I intend to update/ hopeful, even with the long delay huge time suck thus far, that the unit will be great when all parts arrive, this can move up in stars!

One star/ Very, very disappointing/ wrote via messaging three days ago/ no reply. Sent a cheerful very polite letter with photographs entailing the missing parts (legs etc) twisted spring holders/ no response. Really Wanted to Like Be Able To Use, and To Recommend this item for family And clientele (mostly disabled folks) but this is not acceptable.
Noticed a gmail address in answers to questions/ but no way on their page to contact them other than via messenger. Not good. We will not write via gmail as our personal information including address would then be sold to thousands of companies as gmail is an appalling abuser of privacy.
I suggest the manufacturer of these items get with the times and open a secured encrypted email address in order to do business without requiring customers collude in their own abuse.

Although my original order had issues the company contacted me to make it right. They were more than accommodating and my new item meets all expectations.
My 3 children weigh from 30lbs to 80lbs. This trampoline works for a bit, but then the threads wear out and various bits start falling off. First the legs, now the knobs on the cross bar. My kids arent cry on it, so I cannot imagine how long it would last with a full grown adult jumping on it. That said, customer service has been absolutely excellent, sending replacements with no issues, but the same failures keep happening, with new ones popping up, and I dont want to reach out to customer service every other month. One leg replacement failed one week after I installed it! I think they need to adjust their manufacturing processes to make this an absolutely solid product, mainly the beefing up the threads on the legs, but also the knobs, but Im done.
Addendum: Customer service reached out and said they had improved the threads on the legs and were willing to send me out a new trampoline with the improvements. It got to me the next day. So far, it has been great. If I dont see any of the previous problems, I will change to 5 stars. Customer service has really been top notch.

I would have given it 5 stars, but it was a little hard getting the handle bar on, and the instructions werent very clear. Other than that, I love it!

This is a sturdy trampoline. Love the handle for those of us who lose our balance at times.
