This stool was insanely easy to assemble, but I knew as soon as I opened the box that it wouldnt be very sturdy. The round base is not very heavy and so if you dont sit *directly* in the center of the seat, it will wobble/tilt a bit. Im using this in my art studio, so Ill be okay, but I would never use this with children.
I moved to a new apartment that had a counter in the kitchen which is fit for barstools. They were easy to assembleI am woman did myself, they look good and are sturdy.
