The texture of the deck is smooth and glossy. I’m using it as a vanity and can already feel that it was a great choice. I have it paired with a drawer from Micheals and it looks good together. I love this desk so much! I turned it into a vanity and it is so clean and chic. I would give 4.5 stars because one of the drawers doesn’t open as easily as the other but still provides great storage space and looks great in my bedroom.
Took me a good 2.5 hours to build all by myself (I had to put it apart half way bc I made a slight mistake). Just follow the instructions exactly and it will be easy to assemble. I do suggest having an extra person to help if you don’t want to spend too long building it. It’s not the most sturdy but I don’t mind lol. Overall I think it’s great!
This goes together pretty easy, but someone thought it was a great idea to paste a large permanent white safety warning sticker right on one of the sides (so it would prominently show). It was one of those common sense messages- dont stand or sit on it or something else you would never do. Took me a while to remove it, it still tacky. Ive never seen anything like this before. It messes it up! It would be like buying a nice dining table and someone stick a permanent warning sticker in the middle of it (as if you dont have enough sense to not stand on it)!

Great for the value
It looks and fits perfectly with the space. Opening and closing the drawer feels like the product is a bit cheap, but it serves its purpose.
