We bought the chair in December . It was shipped in January. The motor hasnt worked in a few months for the power lift. The man who sits in this chair is about 110 pounds. Poor quality and I emailed the company a few weeks back and never got a response. They should stand by their product!
The chair arrived with a small imperfection on one arm and after contacting customer they quickly sent a new arm. My husband loves this chair. After 6 weeks we started to hear some noise when the chair was lifting. Again I contacted seller and he sent a new base right away. Very happy with this seller and their customer service.
I had a manual recliner that was difficult to get up from. Bought this one and happily using it since. Indeed, I gifted one to a family member who needed it as well.
The good: (1) fast delivery, (2) nicely boxed, (3) easy to assemble, (4) excellent functions (power lift/recline, massage), and (5) economical.
Metal base is heavy and maybe better if it had its own packaging ( something to improve in the future).
Please keep up the good work and keep the prices down for your future customers!
Conclusion: I would buy and gift again.

Item came damaged and am fighting to get replaced.

Be careful! You have to pay few hundred dollars for return. The massager makes my moms back more sore and dizzy after 10mins.
Chair is ok
The chair is beautiful and quality materials. The massage function is great but the chair does not really heat up.
