We only had a small space for a seating area in our bedroom; this fit perfectly! We needed something inexpensive to replace two s that had to be used elsewhere to stage our home for selling, but didnt want something cheap looking. We added a throw pillow, a small side table and small floor lamp and it created the perfect spot for watching tv/reading. We like it so well that were taking it to use in our bedroom in our new home.
This futon is so easy to assemble! Its a smaller size. I dont measure anything so surely you can figure out but as for me I bought and used and loved. We didnt want a bed in guest bedroom and this is perfect. Comfy for the Leather. Love the cup holder! It was perfect for the kids to sleep on and me!! I had to watch them
This is a perfect example of read the fine print carefully. Good futon looks nice, actually pretty comfy. 3/5 due to the fact the arm cushions are completely detached and pretty much useless. The back doesnt hold much weight before it starts to buckle. Pros: comes mostly assembled, looks good. Cup holder feature. Good price.
Shipper damaged a corner of the sofa. Overall, this couch would of been perfect. Some of the leather scraped off. I have it on video wrong ly way to leave a package and it fell to the side. Biggest sale for me was the ease of assembly. Too easy.
This futon is sturdy, but very low to the ground, and very hard. You will need to put some foam or cushion on top for your guests to sleep comfortably.
The arm cushions have nothing to keep them on the futon so they just fall off if you move. The futon is terrible to lay down on. The pull down cup holder is nice but not that comfortable over all
