Wow. After cursing and struggling my way through building 4 other pieces of office furniture with all those weird and cheap Ikea knock off parts, this beast arrived in its gigantic box.
Fearful perhaps I engaged a noodle armed friend to help me hump it up some stairs to my office. I slid it into place and let it lie fallow for a week or so.
Arming myself to the teeth with a full bag of Dewalt tools, a gallon of coffee and other unmentionable items, I went to the office in the dead of night to battle the thing.
It took literally 15 minute tops to put together. All you had to do was screw on the feet. Now, of course, one foot could only take 3 of 4 screws because something was off about the frame, but heyit worked!
Comfort? Meh, its alright I suppose but I havent yet used it for sleeping or having an illicit office romance so I cant say how it will work out in those situations. However it does look nice and imho well worth the ducats.
This is more of a heads up/buyer beware statement more than a review. I ordered this futon and it was delivered promptly. Once I put it all together I realized that it was as advertised which was both good yet horrible for me. Im 66 and this futon seemingly was scaled dimension wise for a 6yr old playroom. This is nothing against the manufacturer. The futon itself was simple to put together (just the legs) and it was a good quality product. Im the one who didnt pay close attention to the dimensions that were listed so I had to return it. After looking back at the dimensions listed youll see it says 8 inches height wise. And it literally is. Lesson learned and a heads up to anyone interested.
The back of the couch gave way after about 3 months of casual use. Nothing fun going on this bed and it still broke. Im 144lbs not a big guy just sitting down shouldnt be a problem.

This couch is made for small people
If you are a 6ft+ person youre going to be annoyed by this couch as it was made for smaller people. It is also very firm and not very comfortable.

Loved the price/easy to put together had to buy a lot of things after I was flooded out of my old apartment this was a nice find!

A little uncomfortable, missing screws, but overall I am happy with it.
It looks very nice but is a little hard. The two armrests are not attached so they slide off easily. It was missing several screws for the legs.
