Purchased for our home office to provide a spare guest sleeper. My first choice was navy blue, however that was out of stock so I chose dark gray. (It looks more like a denim blue to me but thats fine. I like the color.)
It arrived in three boxes, and not all at the same time. Our first two boxes arrived on time, one day apart. We thought the third one was missing, but it arrived about a week later. The seller was very responsive to our inquiries.
The chair was not too difficult to assemble, and if paper instructions are not sufficient, the company also provides a nice clear video of the assembly. Not too comfortable as a chair. It is a bit firm, but we expected that from reading other reviews. The seat back only has one level of adjustment between straight up and flat down. I think there were supposed to be a couple of additional levels of adjustment, but nothing else locks in.
The foot piece lifts out easily to pull out to a reclining position, and returns to a chair smoothly as well.
I have this chair in my office. It looks professional enough that no one thinks its a bed. At lunchtime, I transform it into a bed a take a nap. Its comfortable for sitting and sleeping. It took about 30 minutes to put together and the frame is sturdy.
I did a lot of research before I made the purchase. I am SO pleased with these chairs. Bought them for a playhouse. They are so comfortable! And, they are long enough to sleep on when extended.
This is the best space saver and not bad for the price and is very attractive. I recommend this convertible chair if you are looking for something that is simple, easy and quite comfortable.
Im always hesitant to order furniture online, but these did not disappoint! I purchased the gray and they are perfect in my guest/office room. I did replace the small gray throw pillow for a pair of blue pillows I have. The chairs open up very easily to turn into a lounger or twin bed. As a bed they are fairly comfortable, but I still purchased a 4 inch memory form mattress topper to turn them into a super comfortable sleeping experience for my overnight guest. If I rated this according to how difficult they were to put together, I would have given only one star. The holes were not aligned and it took a considerable amount of effort to screw in the screws and about 3 hours longer than needed to be. If the holes are lined up perfectly it would have taken no time to get these together. Having said this, I still would highly recommend these sleeper chairsonce put together, they are simply beautiful.
