I use this to read and relax, and its pretty comfortable. The fact that my butt fits with room to spare is great! My back feels supported and it does feel sturdy.
It has a massager cushion!?!? This is a great chair and has a massaging bolster cushion! My little guy loves this chair !! Thank you! Great addition to the living room!
A little bit of a learning curve to get it into the different reclining positions. The pillow is the only vibrating part of the chair and it has a USB plug. It does not plug into the chair. The pillow is not attached to the chair, which is nice bonus feature. Chair is quite compact when folded up, as it fits under my desk ?? It could use more padding, but since they have the cover attached via zippers it shouldnt be too difficult to add padding to it.
Use: I purchased this as my toddler niece is growing. I wanted to be able to have her in the guestroom with her parents when she visits, but not have them experience a foot to their face or a fist popping them in the middle of the night sharing the king bed. I also did not want to spend a fortune as it will get minimal use. This replaced a narrow recliner that had been in that room that provided a chair for my guests to relax in.
Delivery: I liked the fact that this product came in three separate boxes so none of them were too heavy to manage with one person, but I only received two of them at first which prompted me to reach out to the seller who got back to me the next day and saw that the other box had already been delivered, so good customer service. The parts were wrapped in a thin cover to keep them clean, but I think more protection could be in order. As you can see from the photos, there is an indentation in two places on the front ottoman, presumably from the packaging. I think I can put some thing thin under the cover (which is held together with velcro) to make it pop back out, so once I let it sit a bit, Ill attempt to fix it.
Assembly: We did have to bend the metal base slightly to get the holes to line up. The instructions on the wheels were a bit confusing and I followed the picture rather than the tip that said to keep the number facing up when installing. The tip was correct for two, but not all four of the wheels.
Quality: The chair is firm and should supply sufficient support for anyone sleeping on this. It is very easy to put into the different positions and back again. I am overall very satisfied with the purchase for its intended use.

We really like the sleeper chair. It is sturdy and firm but comfortable. The fact that it sits up really helps after knee surgery. The company was easy to deal with after shipping issues. Highly recommend!!
