Its a cozy chair if you want to sit and meditate. Its also nice if you want to stretch your legs and read a book or binge watch shows. Its easy to convert it to a bed if you want to take a nap. The best part is it comes with a massager. I use it to work on my computer. So the massager is definitely helpful. All in all, I love this purchase.
Arrives in 3 boxes / each one easy for me (an average small woman) to carry. Assembly was easy to do by myself and the end result is lovely. The foam on the seat, back and bed/extension is very firm. (If you like the over/stuffed plush feel, you may not like this.) But is it perfect to my taste. The cushion on arms is a little thin. The fabric is not as heavy as it appears in the photo. But it is well made and coloration is even. (I applied Scotch Guard to waterproof)
One more thing / all the chair parts are made of sturdy, angle/iron. The bed extension rolls quietly, smooth and straight. Im really impressed! Feel like I got great value for the money.
This was a very comfortable chair and I enjoyed using it while I had it. Unfortunately for the chair didnt last very long. Its hard to say what caused the locking mechanisms to break, maybe it was build quality, or it isnt meant for heavier individuals. Customer service was great though.

I had purchased this for my office space and it works great. The items seemed missing at first but after emailing the seller, the issue was resolved. The seller responds very quickly. The nuts and bolts of the furniture was in the zip behide the main cushion :/P It is comfortable and serves the purpose for me! Good Buy! Buyers it is good to know that the shipping is paid by the buyer if they choose not to keep the furniture.
I love this chair. I did have problems at first. It arrived early but 2 of the 3 parts were dark grey and I ordered the light grey. I contacted the company and they immediately sent the correct piece which arrived on my birthday which was still before originally expected! The chair is beautiful, easy to open and close and comfortable. This could have been a bad experience but it turned out great!
I really like this chair. Its firm, and thats okay. Its also big. I dont have a big room so this was the answer to what I needed. I would have given it a 5 star, but the third box was a dark grey and the rest of my boxes were light grey. There is a contrast now on the chair and pillows, but I dont have the energy to return it. This could have easily been prevented to receive a 5 star.

Just ok
The zipper has separated from the pillow; therefore, when chair is extended all the way flat, it is not connected. Zipper does not hold.
