I have a small library off of my living room and I wanted to add a chair that would look good and be easy to convert to a bed for the occasional houseguest. I love the look, its super easy to use and feels solid. Its cheap fabric for sure and I needed a professional engineer to assemble it but he was able to put it together quickly even with the typos in the directions. It was not cheap but I could have spent quite a bit more too. Overall Im happy with the purchase on day 1. Will sleep on it tonight to give it a trial run.
This chair is BIG. Keep that in mind when purchasing. Assembly was time consuming but not difficult. No extra pieces were included, so dont lose anything. It comes with a pillow and a large cushion which is nice. Packaging arrived damaged but pieces were all fine. It comes in 3 massive boxes which are quite heavy. I am a small pregnant woman, and I managed it just fine however. The only drawback for me is that its not very comfortable to sit in. Its not soft at all. Its very very firm. But its big and super functional, and the color is really nice.
Looks exactly as advertised. Easy to convert from chair to bed. Is firm in a supportive way. My bed is on a loft so I sometimes sleep on these and am always comfortable and well rested. I had originally been thinking of getting a similar item from ikea for about 800 per chair. These are more attractive and a great deal I think. They came in six boxes and four arrived one day. When I contacted the company they were prompt and helpful. The other two boxes arrived next day (and it was a shipper thing, not a seller). Putting them together is actually pretty simple, too.
We bought this for our college students dorm room. UPS delivered it to the wrong address. When we contacted about the missing chair they were extremely responsive and helpful. They contacted us multiple times to see if we had tracked down the chair. With many other companies we would have had to contact them multiple times before getting a response. When we were unable to track the chair down shipped out a replacement on a Friday. My son had it in his dorm by Monday.

I wanted to send back but my son needed a chair to use in the living room. It works ok but since it sits right on the ground it is hard to get up and down in/out of it. It can be particular at times when adjusting. You have to fold down and back up every time to adjust and sometimes a couple of times to get it right. Wish I had sent it back
Week 1 thru 3: Comfortable. Nice looking too! I will warn you, it is really low! Think gamer chair. Folded out it is (was) comfortable to sleep on for one person.
Week 4: Metal rods that go between the arms are now in a position where you feel them when laying down.
Its been 32 days. Im going to try to exchange or refund. Ill follow up to let you know how the seller handles the situation.

Its sturdy, cute, and ability to recline is just what I was looking for. Ive recommend it to friends, coworkers and family members.
Also, the customer support on this was incredible as my original order had some shipping difficulties. I sent a message and it was solved immediately!
I absolutely have no regrets with this product!

Ive been able to figure out how to get the chair to lock into place. I wasnt doing it correctly.
I really like the color and the comfort.
But I cant get it to lock into place. I have to have the chair against a wall, otherwise the top half will fall backwards on me.

Nice chair but nothing special
