Very heavy, pretty sturdy but Came with2 broken boards, holes in places holes didnt need to be, bent corners on the flimsy board, and nothing was lettered or coded it was a giant guessing game.
Do not recommend unless you have a couple hours to spare ??
The product came with a two damaged parts. We didnt realize one piece was actually broken until after it was put together because it was the last piece. We tried to contact the people to just get a new part but had no luck. Another piece had a crack but we were able to mend it. It is cute and fits where we needed to but we had to do a couple of things just to fix different pieces to make it work.
Its pressed particle board and it arrived with several chunks or paint missing exposing board. Fortunately the main chunks are on the sides but still disappointing. Dont blame shipping bc even when we held it up to tighten cams etc, pieces would chip off. Concerned how well it will hold up.
Just finished assembling the 60 Gracie Hall Tree. I really love it and look forward to using it. The biggest CON: the pieces are not labeled. I am so glad that I took the time to label each part before I started. Be careful with the C/9 and C/5 parts. Even labeling them I got them mixed up which resulted I having to take the unit apart and start over. kaged could really help customers if they would label each part. Other than that instructions were easy to follow and assembly was simple.
Love the look of this, but they must have used kids shoes in the photo. An average pair of shoes (size 8 womens) will not fit in the cubby. Very disappointing.
One of the easiest furniture pieces Ive put together. Instructions were clear and specific. Love how it looks, a little wobbly but expected with how tall it is, feels more stable once attached to wall with safety tether. Hope this helps my family put their shoes away!
