    Soild barstool

Very sturdy wood bar stool. Easy enough to assemble

have a hex driver or ratchet handy

although there was a lot less assembly than I was anticipating (7 pieces) and easier than I expected, the two lower pieces that have to be screwed in are very tight and would have been frustratingly near impossible to install using the small hex key they provide. out of the 8 wooden plugs they provide for the screwholes, only two actually fit snug enough to stay in. the others will have to be glued in once I decide that I care. it doesn't look bad. with everything screwed tight, this is a very sturdy and steady stool.

good stool but be ready to spend some time to assemble it

I've ordered 2 stools to serve me as plant stands. The stools have beautiful color and I like them. Also, they look sturdy, and maybe someday I'll use them as actual bar stools. One issue was at the time of assembling. Instructions are pretty easy. However, It took me quite a bit of time and sweat, and I was done in about an hour or so. As somebody mentioned before maybe they need to make the bottom cross members square and not round so they don't spin while you screwing. But overall it's a good product.

    Well built - solid wood.

Well constructed and solid wood with an attractive finish. Assembly is a bit of a chore, but that's only because the manufacturer provides large, heavy-duty screws, which make everything more stable. Pleasantly surprised.

poorly made, ready to fall apart

feels cheap and wobbly. Screws dont tighten enough to actually keep the chair together.

    Nice but hard to assemble

Nice look and comfortable but hard to assemble. It was really hard to tighten the screws and two of the screws never went in all the way. I even tried with a drill after the wrench provided in the kit. Also, the wood covers had to be super-glued on. I like it but I wouldn't buy it again.
