Purchased this bed frame on Feb 2021, it was relative easy to assemble and it looked great.
A few days ago we noticed something on the floor, after checking we realized that the piece is from the footboard, there are 2 vertical bars one on each side of the footboard and the left side bar broke... now the bed does not feel as sturdy as before and i am afraid it may fall apart.
What can I do since the return window is closed? How can I contact the seller?
For the price I paid (discount day), were happy. For daughters room with 12 thick foam mattress. It looks nice. Easy to put together. No issues with pieces as packaged. Holding up well. Doesnt shake, move or creek.
Great for a bargain frame. Looks nice is lightweight enough to be easily moved for cleaning, etc.
Downside is the wooden slats are a bit more pliable than ideal so if you are too rough on it or on the weightier side they the interior metal lip which holds them can bow enough that they fall through. The adhesive used to hold everything together is pretty strong but once it separates the slats fall through it can be a little tricky to get everything back together. That said, since we reassembled ours adjusted our use, there have been no more issues. Thats definitely a win.
All in all worth the buy but if you want a supportive bed you may need a sturdy box spring for a more stable base (ours was purchased for just a memory foam mattress can feel a bit flimsy as a result). If your people arent over 200 lbs or arent jumping or plopping down hard on it you will probably be fine.
This bed was super easy to put together and it was exactly what we needed. We were transitioning our son from a crib to a big boy bed and wanted to make sure he had something low so he wouldnt hurt himself if he fell out of bed. This is the perfect height for him to crawl in and out easily.

Bed did not last.
Bed lasted about three months before it started to cave in from the middle. The metal is very cheap.

The slats fall off if your heavy
The velcro isnt strong enough to hold weight they slip
