Its perfect. Easy to put together. Pieces all labeled. Screws and nuts in organized packet. Its a firm bed. Love having the head board and foot board. Great value. Only complaint, and its so trivial..the packet of screws and nuts are labeled on the inside. You have to open it from the paper backing. As you keep turning it over to see what you need next they fall out of packet. They should label it on the back side. Thats it. Otherwise great platform bed.and I will add..we dont have a platform mattress on it. We have a regular mattress what would use a box spring. Makes no difference. There are plenty of slats to hold mattress firm.
It looks nice. Too many pieces and screws. Teenager put together so it was easy but time consuming. I was concerned with sturdiness but it holds 200+lbs Plus one.
I like this bed frame a lot, I think its very nice looking. One of the tools they add for assembly was horrible and quite painful to use. Once using my own tools, assembly went a lot easier and faster.

However, you are going to need the following when youre putting the bed together:
1) dont tighten all the screws tight. Itll be harder to put the slats in at the end
2) Using pliers to hold one end of a a screw and a better multi use tool/Allen wrench will make it faster than the mini wrench
3)Three people putting the bed together will make it faster especially towards the end. When you are tightening all the screws. And adding the support legs

Slim and stylish, yet sturdy
It took a little while to put together. Glad there was two of us for assembly. It is sturdy and quite slim lined. Attractive bed!
