Excellent quality appears to be powder coated, instructions are exemplary as well as parts all marked, screws and nuts are in blister packs marked, takes about an hour to put together assembly is easy. No question extremely sturdy and looks good
I was very happy with the bed. It took a little work to set up and was easier to put together with two people but the end result was sturdy, eye appealing, and the perfect height to fit 4 rolling, under bed storage bins beneath it.
Pretty great actually. Easy to put together, light. Strong though. The only weird part was not all the bottom bars screwed in, so theyre just sitting in little holders. But the holders are well built. Its just the bars have holes sometimes so it seems like they should be secured somehow. My bed does have a box spring so it sits way higher than the picture shows, so if you have a box spring, keep that in mind. Im okay with a higher bed, though my dog probably thinks Im training her for dog olympics or something. Otherwise, totally easy, delivered well, arrived quickly, 10/10 would recommend. Good frame is good.
I purchased this bed about4 months ago and I love it. The bed is sturdy, no noise when you move around on the bed and the look is exactly what I wanted. Now if I could just convince my fur baby that he cant lay cross ways on the bed at night it would be perfect.
Received my frame a week ago and immediately noticed a dent in the footboard frame. It wouldnt be that bad if it was damaged in a place where it wouldnt be visible but this is right on top. The shipping box looked fine so this must have been damaged in the factory. I reported it right away to the Seller but have not received ANY correspondence. Decent bed frame but customer support is not very good.
UPDATE: Finally heard back from their customer support folks and they were able to resolve this issue to my satisfaction. This bed is great looking and easy to assemble so buy with confidence.
Was surprised to receive order so soon and when taken out of the shipping box with no scratches, no missing pieces assembly instructions easy to understand. Assembly was simple, took approximately 30-45 minutes .So happy with the price and the finished product. Would definitely recommend this product ! PS:I installed a1/2 thick piece of finished plywood onto the frame slats as we put a all foam mattress onto plywood awesome sturdiness!
