This is a very nice looking comfortable sofa! There was a part of the couch has bad measurements and it didnt fit well after assembling all the parts. I spoke to the customer service and they had replaced a new part for me and it fits perfectly. In terms of the quality of the sofa, Ill rate it 9/10. Outlook 10/10. Manual instruction 5/10 (Need to specify more detail on legs installation, there are no marks or signs on the couch where each leg should have been installed. For people likeee me always done a lot of woodwork will not be a problem (Not everyone is willing to drill a screw into a new couch without any sign!! Its an easy fix, just ask the factory to put an X label under the couch where to screw will fix it. Customer service 10/10. Excellent communication and follow-up service.
No holes drilled on the bottom for the feet. Had to have someone come and drill them for me. Called the company and they gave me a credit of what I had to pay to have the holes drilled. Other than that this couch is perfect!
I bought this for my new place. They are so comfortable, my guest loveee it！！！. The fact that it turns into a bed is the best part . It also has storage ( I store my daughters toys in here ) They make my place look 1000 times better

Only negative I had is that if you push down at all along the edges of the cushions, they stay stuck and you cant get them back out. (Pic attached) its all along the edges.
You cant take a step on it, move around, let you dog sit on it or lay on the edges or this is what it does.
Ive tried and tried to get the cushion to pop back up and it wont because you cant push from underneath.
I purchased this sofa for a couple of reasons and so far its working out nicely:
- fit through my narrow basement door/stairs which had caused me to buy this in the first place. Comes in 3 boxes. Anything that was too large I just took out of the box and brought down easily.
- when extended into a bed we found that both of us could stretch out comfortably (both 57), no wobble
- rear of the couch looks relatively normal
- installation could go a tiny bit smoother, but we got it together in about 30-40 mins. Check all screws before you start, some of them were loose from transport. We also had to loosen some of the connectors a bit as they were too snug to have them reach each other/connect. Additionally the instructions did not indicate to attach the second pair of wheels (included) to the slide-out mattress. We were confused at first.
- yes, the couch is on the firmer side but the people saying this is hard as a rock..have you sat on a rock? While firm, the cushions you sit on definitely have some bounce to them, and the back cushions are SUPER comfy. I just fall back into their softness. The material is very smooth/soft to the touch - however if I had seen this couch in person I would have possibly opted for something a bit more more robust/thick due to my dogs. For now they are banned from the couch as I fear one of their nails can easily rip a hole in the material. For careful adults, this couch is fine.
- storage! We have not had to use this yet but I loveee how versatile this unit is! Reversible chaise, storage, and a mattress + style for this price? Yes!
- mattress, while I have not tried sleeping on this I think it will be fine and plan on getting a mattress topper in order to maximize the experience for guests.

I was excited about this couch because my other couch was too big for my living room. However this couch is extremely small for the price, it is not comfortable at all. I am 5 ft tall and I cant sit on the lounge without my feet hanging over. The cushions are very hard and you can feel the back of the couch through the back cushions. The ottoman doesnt stay put well even with the long cushion holding it. The legs of the couch are bending inwards and the couch weight capacity is supposed to be 680lbs. Overall this couch makes me cry, I dislikeee it！！！ that much.
Ok, first, the 2021 version of Friends would include Ross ordering a couch on and FedEx leaving it outside the building of his 3rd floor walk up and the PIVOT! scene would include 3 large boxes.
Second, Im not sure why so many people had issues assembling this. I assembled it by myself in about a half hour. I do however suggest using a drill to screw in the round feet. Super easy with a drill, that little tool they give you wont cut it for those, but works perfectly for the square feet as they have predrilled holes for bolts.
Third, it could be squishier to lay on, but it is a structured couch which I wanted, the fabric is super soft and I loveee it！！！. Im so glad I bought it.
Bought this to replace an ugly futon. It looks great, and is very sturdy, however my overnight guest mentioned that we might want to put a foam strip in the dip between the mattress.
There was a hiccup in shipping... the 3rd box with the arms got damaged before it even arrived to me. So i had to contact the seller and request a new package be sent out. They were prompt in doing so.
Once it was finally all here, it wasnt too bad to put together. It comes with little hand tools but no way that was going to work... Im pretty sure there were no predrilled holes for the legs on the couch part, so thankfully i have a drill and that made putting it together much better. Clasping? the couch and the chair together and Clasping? on the arms was pretty tough but i was doing it alone. Id definitely try to have a helper for that because lining up the metal pieces is tough. I was unable to get the back metal pieces together but it doesnt bother me, its whatever, the couch and chaise are still together at the front.
The couch is firm but i find comfort on it. Ive slept on it pulled out and slept fine all night. I did however use a pillowtop fitted sheet over it and would highly suggest that, or a foam topper. Which is a great reason that the chaise part has huge storage space... thats where i keep my mattress topper, blanket and pillows. The couch is just beautiful, perfect for smaller spaces, and i really loveee what i got for the $money$. You cant beat this price!!!

Very disappointed

Worst couch ever
The couch is cheaply made and should cost no more than $200. They send the couch and its missing two pillows. Avoid buying
