I thought this was PERFECT! I found the directions to be VERY helpful and easy to follow. All of the parts came and all pieces came in good condition. It looks great in my living room and its exactly what I was looking for.
Assembling was not difficult because instructions were clear. However, I made two mistakes and had to redo cuz unfinished edges were showing. If this happens, use wood glue to redo because pieces will be loose fitting if you have to undo them. I did this myself so took my time and quit after the mistakes, then started again the next day. There were a few reviews that said a drill was needed cuz holes werent where they needed to be. This wasnt the case for me. Everything was perfect. Another review said that her box contained styrofoam balls that went everywhere. Also not the case. Styrofoam was in whole pieces. For me, I cut the box open on three sides, then laid it flat and was able to just lift the top open and then take out each piece one by one to make sure everything was there. Finally, other reviews complained of nicks and scratches but mine arrived in beautiful shape, although there is a pen with stain included in case YOU damage it. The backing is also very nice/ not just a piece of cheap cardboard. It is heavy; stained the same color, and consists of two halves bound together for sturdiness and pliability when assembling. Final good tip which came from another review. Go To Step 9 after you finish 6 I think it was. I didnt listen and wish I had because very cumbersome doing it in order. Finished product is beautiful and sturdy.
When you move into a place that has a tiny kitchen. No drawer space or counter space, you need a life saver. And this was exactly that. Worth every penny
Nice sturdy and looks great. There are about 8,000 pieces to put together, however the instructions are great. Every piece, part, screw, etc was numbered or lettered. You definitely need two people to assemble and need to pay attention to the diagrams,, but if you do that you are good to go.
It does have wheel so it can be moved, however once you load it up it is a little more cumbersome.
This is an awesome product! It was very sturdy and it has a nice clean product. Provides a lot of extra space to your kitchen. Its also great for food prep when cooking. We were able to fit 2 bar stools under the island comfortably. The building was a bit time consuming and I wish the directions had more descriptions. Other than that its a great product.

Ive read several reviews that said it was tricky to put together and I have to disagree. Im usually an IKEA shopper for furniture and in comparison this product was organized for building very nicely. All hardware was in individual packs and easy to find and count, and the boards needed were labeled. Some of the photos in the instructions were a little hard to see but over all was very manageable. I would definitely recommend two people for hanging the doors and such.
I am giving the product four stars because there was some damage to the parts. The bar across the spice rack had a crack in it, still very much so usable and mostly unnoticeable. The counter top is my biggest qualm has it has a gap in it. Again barely noticable unless youre looking for it, but it seems like it may chip. Im going to contact the company to let them know and see what options I have as they do say to let them know of any issues right in the front of the instruction book.
Overall Im very happy with my purchase and while it is a pain that there was some damage, between warehouse storage and shipping its always hard to say when it occurred.
