We found ours easy to assemble, but take your time and pay close attention to the photos. This piece is on the small size, but the measurements are accurate, so just pre/measure to make sure its what you want.
The one thing that would improve this would be small, off/white rubber or plastic caps/gaskets to cover the bolts on the sides. Also, know that the back gets screwed on (better than nails) with a bunch of little screws, so you wouldnt want the back showing if you care about that sort of thing. I wouldnt float this in a room.
For the money, its a great value and can be perfect of this is what you need. By that, dont expect a piece of actual furniture thats not DIY put together. But, its nice enough in the right spot. Great value. Also, it was meticulously packaged and came in perfect condition, which is impressive for something of this size, weight, and delicacy. (Your mileage may vary.)
Two thumbs up!
So lets start with yes, the instructions could have been written better, but it was still under two hours for me to put it together by myself and Im not exactly handy. But once assembled this thing can hold three crock pots on the bottom row, a 12 pack of paper towels and some snacks on the top row, and the are too small for a silverware drawer but perfect for sandwich bags. If youre debating between this and something slightly smaller because of the price, spring for this.
Been looking for something for a while to house my booze collection as well as my beer collection. This is great because its got the shelving for the inside the cabinet (I did not install the wine holders, we dont drink wine). Tons of space, it was easy to put together (with a few minor adjustments I was able to make the door handles match), and looks like a great piece of furniture. All of the tools needed were included as well as tons of extra parts. Super happy with this purchase!
Perfect for my needs. We moved to a smaller space and needed a bar that could double as a coffee station. Its perfect. Fits my wine bottles, Keurig and N machine with my wine and coffee cups.
I needed something for my off/kitchen/office area, that was lower than my desk and low hanging windows. It also needed to hold my tall pretty kitchen appliances, some office stuff, with a printer on top and still look nice. That is a lot of tasks for a small cabinet and this one did it all!!
Put together was easy, and would have been quicker except for the 24 little tap screws on the back (ack!). The instructions were bad pictographs but pieces were nicely numbered/lettered. However left/right and back/front are not marked but easy to determine if you think about the next steps and final product. A drill was too strong for most of the tasks. Using a hand/held Phillips screwdriver, some beeswax and some muscle, it took me a little less than two hours to put it together. Nice results.
