This was exactly what I was looking for. I had a narrow space by my stairs that needed a bar that wouldnt be blocked by it but fit the theme of the decor. It looks aming and I could not be happier. Was pretty easy to assemble and move by myself as well. Provides easy instructions and plenty of extra parts just in case!
Overall I am pretty happy with this liquor cabinet. It was fairly easy to assemble and seems sturdier that the usual assemble at home furniture Ive put together. However there is what I consider a design flaw in that after assembly there are visible holes in the top of the left door that arent really finished (see photo). All it would have taken was to have a left door and a right door that were mirror images of each other to eliminate this hole, but the company made the doors exactly the same and therefore there are visible holes on gbe left door (I emailed the company and they confirmed this). If not for those visible holes, I would have given this 5 stars.
When looking at the pictures, the cabinet seems actually pretty big and spacious.
Once built it is very small.
Make sure not to buy base it on the pictures provided by the seller, but look at the dimensions. Its a tiny cabinet
Assembly: I assembled this in about an hour and 15 minutes, and it was really easy. The instructions are well written. I did exactly as they instructed, not tightening any of the main bolts until the very end. I had no problems getting the doors to line up.
Capacity: I searched around a long time to find a bar cabinet that would hold a lot of bottles and not just 3 or 4. This thing holds a ton! In the pictures, I have 22 bottles on the bottom shelf and 19 on the top shelf behind the doors! I was amed I could fit that many.
Quality: I was pleasantly surprised that it doesnt look cheap. And it doesnt feel cheap either//the top of the cabinet isnt smooth but has a nice grain feel to the touch. And the back of the cabinet actually shows the grain as well (albeit with one vertical strip of tape), when many similar cabinets would just have bare particle board on the back. The middle shelf in the cabinet doesnt sag at all even holding 19 bottles. It feels very sturdy.
Cons: My only criticism is that they dont give you three wine racks, especially because the top shelf has the holes pre/drilled like the center shelf (I have the flat side facing up, but you could easy have the side with the holes facing up and put in another rack if you can find something to fit).
Overall, Im really happy with this piece!
I absolutely loved the 1st one that I bought so I bought a second since I downsized and needed the storage. However, I am still awaiting information about reimbursement for the screws that were missing in the package. I was contacted once that they do not have replacements screw and that they would give me 10 towards buying my own screws to complete building the rest of the cabinet. Ive been waiting for the reimbursement to go by the screws. See last photo, top piece is not screwed in. There are some places on the front where it shows the cheap material that this is, otherwise Im good with the pieces for the most part.
I got this for my dining room as extra storage. It is a gorgeous dark color. It looks much more expensive than it was. My husband put it together in about 2 hours. It is more sturdy than I expected. I give it an A
