I love this bed. The directions were less than desired, but mostly easy to understand. Be prepared for more shipping tape than one ever wants to see!! Its like a 7 year old was given a tape gun and let at it. But with that being said, all pieces were sent free and in the box. LOL
It is a very nice bed for the price and was not too difficult to assemble. The headboard is a bit shorter than I would have expected but my bad for not paying attention to the measurements. I biggest concern is that out mattress slides very easily on the frame. There are brackets where it should hold the mattress but they only work if you have a mattress that cannot be flipped. Not sure how to stop our mattress from moving.
Bed was easy to assemble (my 16 year old daughter and I put it together). Bed is a little low to the ground, but not an issue to her. Very satisfied with quality and price for the bed.
I love the look of this bed and overall it is very sturdy for a bed that was shipped to my door and put together by myself. It is perfect for my spare room, didnt require box spring and was a fair price for the quality. The only thing I dislike is that I have stubbed my toe on the the middle support leg on either side countless times already. I understand why the support leg has to be there, but it is hard to remember it is there! Other than that, its a great bed!
A piece was defective when we started to put this item together. I sent an email to the company and I received a replacement piece in less than a week. The company sent it Worldwide Express to be sure we received it in a timely manner. The replacement piece fixed the issue and we had no further problems. The bed looks great in my daughters room.
Im waiting for you to come back to my house tomorrow at 11am to pick up the extra bed frame and I will be there waiting on you to get the job done this this time.
