    Good Gazebo, bad top

Great Gazebo, easy assembly but the top came mis/shapen. Holes in it right out of the box Theres a big sag on one side that fills with water every time it rains. I think its a great Gazebo, I just got a bad top And Im having an issue contacting the seller so theyll do something about it

    Works very well.

One tip, the legs at the bottom are larger than 2 inches, if Velcro is too small on your sandbag weights, cable management velcro works great as an extender.

Finally got video of assembly instructions / will see how they work

Update / Video instructions worked well. We had to keep starting and stopping the video for the installation, however, it was sufficient to put the Gazebo together. We did follow the helpful tips posted here from various people for putting up, i.e. using the drill vs. manual wrench, putting the hanger pieces on the screen and curtain prior to hanging on the track. The only piece we are stuck on is the vent at the top and how to tie the ties to the loops. you have to have really little hands and fingers to get up between the vent and tie them. It took my husband and I about 5 hours to put up. We took our time to avoid re/work. We love it and will be getting sand bags to hold down in the event of winds. Update / They finally sent a link to a video for assembly. We will try using the video post an update. Asked several times for PDF of the instructions and they just kept referring me to use the video. We have had 25 mile an hour winds over the last several days so unable to assemble, yet. Unfortunately, we cant assemble this product as there are no instructions. We have made several attempts to reach the seller, however, they are not responding. Their website offers no contact information so you cannot reach out to them. I looked in the QA and there are no instructions available there either. I looked online and I dont see any instructions there either. The product looks really good and well made. The reviews appear to be really good, so I dont want to return it. All I want is a response from the seller with a PDF of the instructions.

We love the product but hope we can get a replacement canopy if needed.

I need to contact manufacturer. We need the directions. Ours got wet and not readable.

    Overall Happy with Gazebo

We love our Gazebo! It seems to be quality material and is very sturdy. Stands up to windy days and we get tons of compliments on it at the campground. My only complaint is that despite the box arriving in damaged all 4 corner poles were dented upon opening the box! We are overall pleasedif ONLY the poles werent pre/dented!

    Cute but flimsy

The construction is very flimsy. A critical part broke where it was welded making it unusable. I tried to do a return but instead of just refunding me, required me to take everything apart and repackage it in order to get a refund. It was impossible to get everything back in the box and I gave up. Luckily my husband was able to weld the broken piece back together and I could make it work.

Some of the instructions were confusing and it didnt give much details.

I wish they gave more details in the instructions for assembly, thankfully I used my brothers to figure it out.

    Completely worth it.

Your going to want 2 people setting this up. You can do it alone but not recommended. Recommendations: 1. Treat the tarp with some sort of tent/boat water proofing. 2. Buy tent base poles or bags to keep the legs down. What they give isnt sufficient. 3. I used magnets at the corners to keep the tarp from blowing to much. 4. There are drain grommets that you need to notice. It can tear if you dont take your time on the install.
