These are great pads. They absorb better than others I have tried. My Carin drinks a lot of water due to his autoimmune disease. Therfore he pees alot. These work great in the belly band type diapers. They rarely leak past the pad. So I can reuse the diaper.
The Xtra long fir the Wegreeco medium belly bands well, big enough but not too big and thin but work well. My dogs are in the 13-18 range. The regular size is too small. They stay in place without a problem even though the sticky tape seems insufficient at first. I change the belly band each time I change a pad but most times they look completely dry. My two boys are both "markers" so they get changed 3-4x a day and then once at night. My advice is that if you try them and like them, then buy multiple packs as they seem to run out of stock at times.
Update - they have 4 sizes now and what I called the Xtra long are now called the Long.
I have 2 elder dogs and finding the best 'diaper' option has been quite the search.
One dog is male (pug), one female (cocker spaniel). The male dog, I was using 'poise' pads - currently a level 6 absorbency. The pad is far too long, but the lower level pads leak. The poise pad definitely did not work for my female dog.
When I purchased this pad, having had a couple years experience with doggy diapers, I didn't hold out much hope. I am excited to say, works well for both dogs (well for male dog, only when small accidents may occur).
If I could improve the pad, wish it were slightly less wide and could have greater absorbency options.
Play puppy was leaking through the washable ones. And the disposable diapers he would chew through. This was a perfect combination to put the liner in the washable diapers and they hold a ton of urine and keep him from stinking. And you get a lot of them for the money. I’m over extremely pleased
I bought the extra long for an elderly, male dog to be used in a belly belt. The absorbency is very good and hold quite a bit. Unfortunately, they leaked into the belt even when they weren’t completely or halfway wet. I had to keep washing the belts daily. I used an infant, stage 1 diaper as an insert and they didn’t leak into the belt.

Work great
Absorb a lot without being too bulky. They seem to be comfortable for my dog. The adhesive isn’t strong, but they work fine without needing to stick.

These are the best doggie diaper liners! We have tried others, but they leak or do not absorb well. Well done!
