We ordered this bed for our teenage son who is notoriously hard on furniture. He is a little over 6 feet tall/215 lbs and can best be described as a bull in a china shop. This bed is surprisingly sturdy. Assembly was easy but it is a two/person job. Note, the packaging is . It took two people to carry it upstairs. We are quite pleased with this purchase. For the money, this is a great value.
We purchased this frame knowing we liked the style and that it was very cost effective. It has held up well the past couple months and supports our kind sized foam mattress well. Assembly was interesting, it came with extra pieces and came with no customer service helpline. We were able to figure it all out and are very happy with the bed even though were a little concerned about the extra screws.
The only thing I dont enjoy about this product is that it came with some scrapes already on the headboard other than that sturdy and does not make any creak noises!

Sturdy not noisy but had some scrapes when I got it
